First of all, shout out to the beautiful Melissa for this amazing image of these, she's a girl obsessed and I think you will be when you've tried these. We could call them amazeballs, but I feel like it's been done and all I can say is these are DELICIOUS! Anytime I've given them to friends they've begged me for more or the recipe.

1 cup organic gluten free oats
1 cup raw cashews
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
First, blend together the oats and cashews until they become like a flour or fine meal.
Add the vanilla, coconut oil and rice malt and blend again until completely combined.
Chop the chocolate into small squares and stir through.
Roll tablespoon sized balls in your hands and let set in the fridge for an hour.
